NRP offers several convenient payment options!
Online payment options through the NRP owner portal include auto-draft payments as well as one-time and recurring eCheck and credit card payments.
Auto Draft payments are our most popular payment method. Once registered, your assessment payment will be processed, on time, each billing cycle. Auto Draft payments will also automatically update if your assessment rate changes – completely free and convenient!
ECheck Payment options include free one-time and recurring eChecks. EChecks operate just like regular physical checks. You assign the amount and date of service, as well as how often payments are processed. ECheck payments will not automatically update if your assessment rate changes; you must log on to update payment yourself.
Credit Card/Debit Card payments made through the portal are processed through our partner bank, Zego, and therefore there are associated fees. Fees depend on the payment type and processing speed. Like an eCheck, credit card/debit card payments are initiated from the owner, and you must select the amount and frequency of payments. These payments will need to be manually updated if your assessments change.
