Company President

April Meza

President

April began her career in the property management industry in 1999. She has worked with communities from concept with the developer, through transition from developer control to stable properties managed by homeowners. Her experience managing high-end, luxury condominiums and both large and small homeowner associations (single-family and townhome) as well as adult living (ages 55+) communities. April enjoys the budgeting process and strives to help a community establish realistic financial goals focused on ensuring reserves, contingency funds, planning improvements, and meeting daily operating expenses. Through her years of experience, April has won multiple awards for properties achieving outstanding financial results and physical investment improvements.

Lili Hernandez

Director of Management Operations/HR

For over a decade Lili has been a noteworthy leader in the Community Association Management industry. Her expertise stems from her eagerness to learn and a BS in Business Management from BYU-Idaho. Lili has a demonstrated history of working with several areas of the company including Technical Support, Office Operations, Team Building, Talent Acquisition, Architectural Enforcement, and Management. She is an active WMCCAI member and serves as Committee Co-Chair and volunteer as well as a contributory writer to Quorum magazine. As a leadership team member, Lili continues to fulfill multiple responsibilities for creative solutions and the development at NRP.

Suzanne Allen

Controller

Suzanne interest in mathematics, operation, and organization is long standing. As a result, Suzanne sought a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Account and Political Science from Averett College, and a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. In 2001 Suzanne began her career in community management during which she has been responsible for all financial aspects of community management. She has extensive knowledge working with large scale communities, writing multi-million-dollar budgets, and working with developing communities. In her free time Suzanne enjoys spending time with her dogs, and volunteers on the Board of her own Condominium Association.

Kristine Caraway

Director of Association Management

Kristine Caraway has been a dedicated community association manager for over two decades. She’s been awarded the respected CMCA and AMS certifications and is honored to have earned her PCAM from Community Associations Institute. After years of successfully managing associations in Hawaii and Southern California, Kristine joined the NRP team in 2006 and is an exceptional leader who mentors other growing professionals. Her area of personal expertise is working with properties that are in transition from developer to association-control.
