If you need a document for your association, such as the CC&Rs or Bylaws, the best way to obtain that is through your association’s portal.
Log onto the owner portal online at: https://portal.nrpartnersllc.com (See How to Log onto Portal for instructions on how to register).
Upon login, you will be directed to the Dashboard –
the primary home page for the owner portal.
On the left-hand side find the “Documents” link.
When you enter into the “Documents” section of the portal you will have access to all the documents that are available.
