If you need to submit a maintenance request, the best way to do is to log into your portal account.
If this is a maintenance emergency please do not fill out the form but call 703-476-3639.
Log onto the owner portal online at: https://portal.nrpartnersllc.com (See How to Log onto Portal for instructions on how to register).
Upon login, you will be directed to the Dashboard – the primary home page for the owner portal.
You can see the “Requests” link on the left hand side of the page.
Requests
Select the “General Request” radial and then you can proceed to fill out the form. Make sure to select “Service Request” in the drop down menu within the form.
